Storage
We are only small so storage is a constant problem. Since we work on a first come first served basis, we require the bikes to be collected as soon as possible once they are ready. Once the job is ready, we call or text the customer to let you know the bike is ready for collection. If we haven’t been notified and the bike has been with us for more than 48 hours after being repaired, we will charge £5 per day storage fee. Please don’t make us turn away work because your bike is clogging up the shop.

Workshop T&Cs
- The prices outlined are for guidelines purposes only. Prices may vary depending on the job. Ideally we would like to see the bike to be able to give a more accurate quote. We can then ascertain if parts will be needed to complete the job.
- The time scale varies depending on the season and what jobs we already have booked. We endeavour to complete most jobs within 48 hours, unless we are waiting for parts.
- All prices exclude parts (unless otherwise specified)
- All prices are inclusive of VAT
- Our minimum labour charge is £8.00
- Our hourly labour rate is £70.00
- We do not lend or hire out workshop tools.
- All bicycles that have been repaired must be collected within 48 hours or a storage charge of £5 per day will be charged.
- If a bike has been repaired and is not collected within a month, it will be disposed of if we don't receive any information about its collection.
- FITTING PARTS BOUGHT ONLINE. Of course, no problem. Customer‑supplied parts fall under labour‑only work. Service prices are listed with a “+” because the final cost varies depending on the bike and the complexity of the job. When parts are not supplied by us, labour is charged either per part or at the actual workshop time.
