  • Frame and forks are checked for alignment and damage
  • Frame and forks cleaned after being stripped down
  • Both wheels are trued in the truing stand. Spokes are replaced if necessary.
  • The wheels, chain, cassette, front derailleur, rear derailleur, brake calipers and chainset are removed from the bike and are degreased in our smart parts washer which is 100% environmentally friendly and not harsh on your components
  • *Hubs are cleaned, new grease applied and serviced. Bearings changed if necessary
  • Headset cleaned, new grease applied and serviced. Frame, crown race faced and bearings changed if necessary
  • Bottom bracket removed, cleaned, frame faced and threads tapped if necessary
  • Brakes are serviced. Brake pads and cables are changed if necessary
  • Gears are serviced and indexed. Cables are changed if necessary
  • Hanger is realigned
  • Complete lubrication of all drivetrain
  • Tyres are checked for wear and inflated to correct pressure
  • Seatpost removed, cleaned and greased. (Grease or Carbon Paste)
  • Whole bike is checked and torqued to the correct setting​​
*​Specialist Hubs/Freehub bodies containing cartridge bearings such as Zipp, Mavic, Reynolds, DT Swiss, Halo, Fulcrum, Hunt etc are not included in the Platinum Service. If the bearings require changing, a cost will be provided accordingly depending on the hub. 
​*Hydraulic hose replacement and brake bleeding not included in the service.
