  • Frame and forks cleaned
  • Frame and forks are checked for alignment and damage
  • Both wheels are trued. Spokes are replaced if necessary.
  • The wheels, chain cog/freewheel and chainset are removed from the bike and are degreased in our smart parts washer which is 100% environmentally friendly and not harsh on your components
  • Hubs are checked for play and adjusted if needed
  • Headset checked for play and adjusted if applicable
  • Bottom bracket checked for play and adjusted if applicable
  • Brake calipers are cleaned.
  • Brakes are serviced. Brake pads and cables are changed if necessary
  • Complete lubrication of all drivetrain
  • Tyres are checked for wear and inflated to correct pressure
  • Seatpost removed, cleaned and greased. (Grease or Carbon Paste)
  • Whole bike is checked and torqued to the correct setting

  • Frame and forks are checked for alignment and damage
  • Frame and forks cleaned after being stripped down
  • Both wheels are trued. Spokes are replaced if necessary.
  • The wheels, chain, cog/freewheel, brake calipers and chainset are removed from the bike and are degreased in our smart parts washer which is 100% environmentally friendly and not harsh on your components
  • Hubs are cleaned, new grease applied and serviced. Bearings changed if necessary
  • Headset cleaned, new grease applied and serviced. Frame, crown race faced and bearings changed if necessary
  • Bottom bracket removed, cleaned, frame faced and threads tapped if necessary
  • Brakes are serviced. Brake pads and cables are changed if necessary
  • Complete lubrication of all drivetrain
  • Tyres are checked for wear and inflated to correct pressure
  • Seatpost removed, cleaned and greased. (Grease or Carbon Paste)
  • Whole bike is checked and torqued to the correct setting
