Greenwich Cycle Workshop is first and foremost a workshop, focusing mainly on servicing and repairs. Since we are not a specialist shop, we are able to provide servicing and repairs for all types of bikes, including Bromptons. All bikes are treated with the same care and attention no matter age, type or worth.
In order to keep your bike in good working order and working efficiently, we recommend a regular service. How to choose which service to go for will vary for different people as there are different factors to consider. The type of bike and the amount of which the bike is used, will determine the frequency of servicing. It is also fair to say that regular maintenance is preferable to emergency repairs for you and your bike.
Our professional workshop is staffed by qualified and experienced mechanics who bring a wealth of knowledge when it comes to repairs. We provide repairs and services seven days a week. We like to keep the system simple. We don’t work on appointment or booking system, unless you require the bike back on a specific day. You can drop in your bike anytime you like and we will have a look and assess the bike with you for free, agree to the repair work that needs doing and take some details down. You can let us know the collection date and we will phone you once the job is done to confirm the bike is ready for collection.
The turnaround time for services will depend on the time of year and how busy the workshop is. For urgent or same day services we recommend booking ahead.
